Each of our shades is made from beginning to end by a Vermont craftsperson who
proudly signs every shade he or she makes. If your shade requires service, it will go directly back to that person who will bend over backwards to do anything and everything to fix the problem to meet your expectations.

Although the Symphony Limited Life Warranty by Comfortex excludes shipping and
installation costs, we produce such exceptionally consistent quality that we are able to pay for ground shipping both directions on all warranty work during the first year you own your shades. If you want quicker turnaround, just specify "next day" or "second day" air on your e-mail, and authorize us to charge that to your credit card. Your repair will be handled on the same day it is received.
