Smoothy Shades feature a continuous loop cord and clutch mechanism which makes lifting larger shades easier.
Cord Loop shades were previously called Omni-Rise or Window Valet.

The new Smoothy clutch features amazingly smooth and quiet operation. With this new system it is now easier to lower and raise the shade, using less pull force than before. The Smoothy System replaced the Omni-Rise™ System as of April 1, 2010.

- Smoothy Cord Loop comes with all brackets for a complete and easy installation.

- The White headrail has a color coordinated insert to match the fabric and bottom rail.
- Cord loop tensioner helps keep the cord taught and out of reach of children and pets.

I absolutely LOVE my new window shades! They keep the room dark, which is the reason I bought them. The real bonus is their insulation value. On the very cold nights, these shades insulate so well that ice, not just frost, ice forms on the windows. The first time I opened the shade in the morning, I was amazed by the ice. Imagine how much heat I'm saving!
