Occasionally a string will break on a shade or a clutch might fail. Whether you purchased your Symphony Shade from us, from a local dealer or inherited it when you purchased your home, we can help!
Shades purchased from our site have a 10 year warranty from date of purchase (normal wear & tear)
Shades that did not come from our website (or were broken by a pet or child) will incur a repair charge. We encourage people to bring their broken shade to the dealer or place of purchase, but if that is not possible we are able to help! We charge the repair cost below plus actual return shipping costs (UPS Ground) from Vermont.

We are all about sustainability, so the more shades that can be repaired; less will end up in the landfill. Shade modifications such as a cutdown or fabric replacement may be possible to save your shade.

Although we can repair most shades purchased from our site, we reserve the right to refuse a shade that was not manufactured in our facility, is deemed unrepairable due to age, has discontinued parts or is broken due to abuse.
