Break-Away Cord Equalizer Set

The Break-Away Cord Equalizer is designed to come apart if a child or pet becomes entangled in the cord.
If force is applied from the top of the loop, the equalizer separates, subsequently snapping the loop in half. It is easily snapped together again.

We require the use of a cord tie down (cord tensioner) on all continuous loop cord systems. This device will assist in preventing the cord loop from dangling freely from the shade, creating a safety hazard to children & pets.
This tensioner is currently shipped with all cord loop shades.

Also the cord lock can be quickly and easily changed from right to left control or from outward to inward lock.
