Our Measuring Safeguard is the solution. For 10% extra per window shade, we will cover any measuring mistakes! And the best part is you can safeguard your whole order or just a few specific shades- the choice is up to you!
Is your shade too large? We’ll cut it down for you.
Is your shade too small? We’ll remake it.
That’s it, we cover it all. We’ll remake or modify the shade and pay shipping both ways*. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your shades for years to come!
Specifics:
- Measuring insurance only covers one size modification or replacement shade of the same color and style. This safeguard does not cover changing fabric, lift option, upgrade or mount type (inside to outside mount or vice versa).
- Insurance is purchased per shade (line item) and cannot be applied to other shades on the order.
- Claims need to be made within 17 business days of delivery of your shades.
- Insurance not available for specialty shades such as arches, Roman Fusion shades and skylight shades.
- If the original price of the new shade is greater than the shade that you purchased, all you pay is the difference.
- *Shipping, taxes and duties will not be covered on orders outside of the Continental U.S.
- This measuring safeguard is designed to cover measuring errors only, large modifications (more than 4 inches) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
